Dr. Harrington grew up in St. Louis Park, where he attended Benilde St. Margaret's High School. He went on to the University of Minnesota and completed his Bachelor of Science in Business. During his undergraduate program, he was an active member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He was accepted to the University of Minnesota Dental School and graduated among the top five of his class. He completed his orthodontic training at the University of Minnesota Dental School.
Dr. Harrington is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, Invisalign study club and an elected member of the National Dental Honor Society. He has been in practice for 16 years.
Dr. Harrington met his wife, Monica, in college, and they were married in 1984. They have three children, Blair, Trevor and Brooke. They are all active in sports and music.
Dr. Harrington keeps busy with many hobbies. He enjoys cooking and baking and many of his treats turn up at the coffee bar in the office. He is an avid skier, photographer and enjoys traveling with family and friends. Dr. Harrington enjoys many home remodeling projects. He spent eight months building an addition on his home in Orono. He also did a considerable amount of work on the new office. He is a perfectionist and that carries through all of his work!
