Our mission is to provide an

orthodontic care experience. Our highly
trained doctor and staff, with a
combined experience of over 90 years,
pride themselves on their commitment to
both patients and parents by providing a

and comfortable environment. We utilize
our state-of-the-art technology to
develop a customized and affordable
treatment plan for each of our patients.
Orthodontics isn’t part of what we do.
It is all we do.
Office Policies
We are open to serve you, answer
questions or schedule an appointment
Monday- Friday 7:00am- 5:00pm. On days
when our doctor is out of the office
there will be staff members present to
take care of your needs including
emergency visits. However, the office
hours will vary. Please call ahead to
verify the hours before you make a trip.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been
reserved specifically for you. We
request 24-hours notice if you need to
cancel your appointment. We are aware
that unforeseen events sometimes require
missing an appointment. Please remember
that a missed, canceled or rescheduled
appointment done less than 24 hours in
advance will be subject to a charge.
Orthodontic appointments will fall
during school hours. We make a special
effort to provide prime time
appointments before and after school and
work. However, it is impossible to see
all of our patients during prime time.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you
obtain your eligible insurance benefits.
Because insurance policies vary, we can
only estimate your coverage in good
faith but cannot guarantee coverage due
to the complexities of insurance
contracts. As a service to our patients,
we will bill insurance companies for
services. We generally remove the
estimated insurance amount from your
contracted amount however; if insurance
doesn’t pay for any reason the unpaid
balance becomes your responsibility. If
you have any questions, our courteous
staff is always available to answer
them. |
